Why I am Publication Secretary?

Originally, I was assigned as General Secretary in Onederful, but as their decision(without asking me), I was positioned to Publication Secretary -- this second choice. My feeling is not very good but is not very bad. The most important thing I worried is that Rain is not very capable to this post. And I believe I can perform great work on Publication. (P.S. I refer to the content, haha, of course the art work must be transfered to Levi.)
